Research Associate AI

Here at the University of Bolton, we are proud of our growing reputation as a student focussed University. With our strategy of “Teaching Intensive, Research Informed” we are committed to offering our students the best experience possible.

To provide specialist support for academic research by named members of University staff working on designated research projects.  To carry out operational tasks in the research process such as ethics clearance, data collection, data analysis and preliminary write up of research articles.  To be a co-author of relevant research papers where the intellectual contribution exceeds operational execution of agreed research activity and is in line with publication credit policies.

However, applications are welcome from graduates who can combine the above areas in an interdisciplinary context with other areas of the University’s work, or who have exceptional skills relevant to research even if largely outside these priority areas.

We ask a lot from our staff but in return, you will receive a competitive benefits package including access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, an employee benefits scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.  As a small University, you will have opportunities to work with colleagues across campus to support and deliver the best student experience possible.
