We currently have a unique opportunity to join us as Head of Engineering, where the successful candidate will direct, lead and inspire the ongoing development of the University’s academic programmes, delivering on associated growth targets to cover industry skills gaps and needs, whilst ensuring positive student outcomes.

With leadership experience in Engineering in higher education or a “blue chip” complex Engineering organisation, you will be an excellent communicator with well-developed interpersonal and intercultural skills and the ability to engage with a range of audiences internally and externally within the UK and overseas.
You will hold a PhD/Professional Doctorate in a field related to the future ambitions of the school or substantial relevant industry experience in a leadership and management role. You will also possess a Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline alongside membership of a relevant professional body.
