VHT in Dental Technology

The University of Greater Manchester is looking to recruit a Variable Hours Tutor in Queens Dental Sciences Centre to complement our current staff, due to the successful expansion of the Centre.

We are looking to recruit to our bank of VHTs across all fields of Dental Care Profession Programmes, but in particular:

• BSc (Hons) Dental Technology

The key duties of the role-holder will be to contribute to the teaching and delivery of Dental Technology programmes, undergraduate and related programmes. The academic and personal support of students are also key requirements. In addition, a willingness to contribute to student recruitment and admissions in the subject area would be desirable.

Professional Membership/Registration with the GDC is an essential requirement for this role along with a first degree. We are particularly interested in candidates with contemporary experience in Dental Technology.
