IT Service Desk Officer

Are you a Computing graduate with a passion for technology and a knack for helping people? We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Service Desk Officer to join our dynamic IT support team.

In this front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for staff and students needing IT support. Based at our contact desk, you will also gain hands-on experience with a wide range of tech across our campuses, while developing your problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Great communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Ability to talk through tech problems with users via phone, chat and email
  • A curiosity for tech and confidence in learning new systems
  • The ability to stay organised and adaptable in a busy service environment
